Ingredients
- 1 tsp rhubarb syrup
- 30 ml Aperol
- 20 ml orange juice
- 3 ice cubes
- sparkling wine (to top up)
- 1 lemon slice
Instructions

Add the syrup with the orange juice and Aperol to a glass filled with ice cubes, then top up with sparkling wine.
