Ingredients

  • 1 tsp rhubarb syrup
  • 30 ml Aperol
  • 20 ml orange juice
  • 3 ice cubes
  • sparkling wine (to top up)
  • 1 lemon slice

Instructions

    Add the syrup with the orange juice and Aperol to a glass filled with ice cubes, then top up with sparkling wine.

    Serve garnished with a lemon slice.
