Ingredients

  • 500 g very fresh tuna fillet
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp grape seed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 slices toast bread
  • 4 tsp sour cream
  • 4 tsp caviar
  • parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

    Rinse the fish fillet and pat dry. Dice very finely. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix tuna, drained capers, and oil together. Season with salt and pepper.

    Toast the slices until crisp, then use a 6 cm diameter cookie cutter to cut out a circle. Place the bread in the ring and fill with the tartare mixture, press lightly, then remove the ring. Spoon a dollop of sour cream and caviar on top and garnish with parsley before serving.
