Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 150 g Gorgonzola
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 12 physalis (golden berries)
- 12 toothpicks
Instructions

Wash the pears, remove the stems, cut each in half lengthwise and slice each half into 3 strips. Using a knife or melon baller, remove the core from each strip and drizzle with lemon juice. Remove the skins from the physalis, wash and pat dry.

Cut the Gorgonzola into 12 squares and skewer them; then place one physalis on each square and insert the skewers into individual pear strips. Arrange on a platter and serve as a welcome cocktail.
