Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 30 g roasted salted pistachios (peeled)
- 40 g Baby spinach
- 4 dates (pitted)
- 300 g oat flakes
- 80 ml cold water
- 1 Banana
- 30 g roasted salted pistachios (peeled)
- 200 ml cold water
- 15 g oat flakes
- 100 g raspberries (frozen or fresh)
- 25 g ginger
- 175 g mango (frozen)
- 225 ml freshly squeezed orange juice (with pulp)
- 30 g roasted salted pistachios (peeled)
- 175 ml water
Instructions

For the green smoothie, halve the avocado, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a blender. Blend the pistachios with the remaining ingredients until creamy.

For the pink smoothie, peel the banana and blend it with the other ingredients in the blender.

For the yellow smoothie, cut the ginger into pieces and blend it with the remaining ingredients in the blender.
