Ingredients

  • 600 g thick beans fresh (more if needed)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 0.25 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Wash the beans and remove the seeds from the pods. Blanch the bean seeds in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then shock with ice-cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.

    Peel the onion and dice finely; sauté in a hot pan with olive oil.

    Peel the garlic cloves and squeeze them into the onions.

    Combine beans and parsley, marinate with lemon juice and vinegar, mix well, and season with cayenne pepper.
