Ingredients
- 400 g shrimps (pre‑cooked)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chili pepper
- 3 stalks coriander
- 30 g chopped pistachios (2 Tbsp)
- 1 egg
- 50 g flour
- 75 g breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions

Rinse shrimps under cold water, drain and finely chop. Peel and press the garlic. Wash the chili pepper, halve it, remove seeds and dice finely. Rinse coriander, shake dry, finely chop leaves.

Combine shrimps with pistachios, garlic, chili, coriander, egg, flour and breadcrumbs; knead into a dough.

Spoon 1 tbsp of the mixture onto a plate, shape into small balls and gently flatten. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fritters over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
