Cheese-filled dough pockets

Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 1 EL melted butter
- 1 egg
- Salt
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 300 g feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 TL paprika powder (spicy)
- 300 g yogurt
- 1 EL lemon juice
- Salt
- 2 EL Butter
- 1 TL paprika powder (spicy)
Instructions

Knead dough ingredients with 150 ml lukewarm water into a smooth dough, adding more water or flour if needed. The dough should be smooth and elastic. Cover and let rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Wash, peel, and finely dice the bell pepper. Clean and wash spring onions, peel garlic cloves. Chop both very finely. Mash feta with a fork and mix with pepper, onion, garlic, and egg; season with salt, pepper, and 1 TL paprika powder.

Roll dough thin on lightly floured work surface and cut into ~4 cm squares. Place ½ TL filling in the center of each square, fold corners toward the center and press together star-shaped.

Bring plenty of salted water to a boil and cook the dough pockets for about 4 minutes.

Mix yogurt with lemon juice and lightly salt. Melt butter and stir in remaining paprika powder.

Drain dough pockets, place on preheated plates, add yogurt sauce, drizzle with paprika butter, and serve.
