Ingredients
- 20 g cilantro (1 bunch)
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 Garlic clove
- 500 g large shrimp (prepped, peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Lime (juice)
- Salt
- 1 tsp Honey
- Pepper

Wash and dry the cilantro. Pick a handful of leaves, finely chop. Clean and dry the lettuce, tear into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Rinse shrimp under cold water, pat dry. Heat sesame oil in a pan over high heat; fry shrimp 1–2 minutes. Add chopped cilantro and garlic, cook for 1 minute more. Deglaze with lime juice and season with salt, honey, and pepper.
