- 150 g butter
- 3 Stalks Parsley
- 1 dried pepperoni
- 3 cloves garlic
- 600 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Melt the butter over low heat. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop the leaves. Chop or crush the pepperoni in a mortar. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.

In a pan, sauté the garlic in 2-3 tablespoons of butter. Add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from heat, stir in the parsley, pepperoni, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Divide into four oven-safe tapas bowls and pour the melted butter over them. Bake for about 5 minutes and serve immediately.
