Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- vanilla beans
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 g cold butter (in cubes)
- Apricot jam
- blackcurrant jelly
- powdered sugar

Knead all ingredients quickly into a smooth dough, shape into a ball and wrap in foil; chill for about 30 minutes.

Roll the dough to about 3 mm thickness on a floured surface; cut round cookies with wavy edges in three sizes. In the smallest size, cut a hole in the center. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes.

Warm the jam and jelly; spread the larger and middle-sized cookies with jam or jelly, stack them, let dry, then dust with powdered sugar.
