Ingredients

  • 0.5 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 bowls watercress
  • 1 small apple (redish)
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp horseradish (jar)
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 200 g ready sushi rice
  • vinegar water for hands
  • 4 roasted nori sheets

    Wash, clean and slice the bell pepper into strips. Cut the watercress from the bed, wash it and dry by spinning. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core and cut the flesh into thin slivers. Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, horseradish, salt and pepper.

    Divide the sushi rice into 8 portions and shape each portion into a long oval using hands dampened with vinegar water. Cut the nori sheets lengthwise in half. Take one sheet with the smooth side down in the left hand. Place a rice oval on the upper half and spread some cream cheese mixture over it. Lay 1–2 apple slivers and bell pepper strips on top, add a little watercress, then roll tightly like a bag, pressing the ingredients firmly as you roll.
