Artichokes with Roquefort Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 6 small artichokes
  • Salt
  • 150 g Roquefort
  • 75 g sour cream
  • 4 sprigs Parsley
  • 1 tsp green peppercorns

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Squeeze the lemon. Wash, trim and simmer the artichokes in salted water with lemon juice for 15 minutes.

  2. 2.

    Meanwhile, crush the Roquefort with a fork and mix it with the sour cream to make the dip.

  3. 3.

    Wash the parsley, shake off excess moisture, remove leaves, chop and stir into the dip. Roughly crush the peppercorns and sprinkle over the dip.

    Halve the artichokes and serve them with the cheese dip.
