Ingredients

  • 500 g Teff flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 500 ml water
  • 20 g yeast
  • 100 g chopped walnuts

Instructions

    First, put flour, salt and oil into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add it to the flour mixture. Stir slowly until a creamy dough forms. Then fold in the walnuts.

    Fill the dough into a loaf pan and bake at 220°C for 50 minutes.
