- 2 Bagels (with pepper)
- 4 slices Smoked Salmon
- 1 Onion
- 4 Lollo Rosso salad leaves
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 bundle chives (large)
- salt (pepper)

Cut bagels in half and toast on the grill or in a toaster. Wash chives, cut into rings, mix with cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.

Peel onion, slice into thin rings. Spread thick layer of cream cheese on the lower edge of one bagel half, garnish with salad leaves and onion rings, top with two slices of smoked salmon.
