Tea Punch

A refreshing beverage made with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
- 600 ml tea
- 1 tsp cardamom pods
- 2 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 250 ml rum
- candy sugar to taste
Instructions

Add the tea and spices to a pot, heat slowly until it boils. Remove from heat, stir in the rum, warm briefly but do not boil.

Remove the spices as desired. For serving, pour candy into tea glasses and pour the hot punch over them.
