Tagliatelle with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 250 g tagliatelle
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
  • 2 Zwiebeln
  • 50 g Zuckerschoten
  • 100 g Brokkoliröschen
  • 2 EL Olivenöl
  • 50 ml Gemüsebrühe
  • 2 EL Parmesan

Instructions

    Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Peel onions, cut them lengthwise into very thin strips. Clean and chop sugar snap peas and broccoli florets.

    Heat oil and sauté onions, snap peas and broccoli for 5 minutes, then add broth, let it reduce slightly and season with salt and pepper.

    Drain cooked pasta, mix with the vegetables, plate on a dish and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
