Ingredients

  • 600 g Fusilli
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 100 g Mozzarella
  • 100 g grated Fontina
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg (freshly grated)
  • balsamic vinegar
  • butter

Instructions

    Cut the Gorgonzola and Mozzarella into small cubes. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the Fusilli in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, and mix with all the cheese except the Fontina. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

    Line a baking dish with butter shards and add the noodles. Sprinkle with Fontina and bake at high heat for 15 minutes. Drizzle with 4–5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.
