Tagliatelle with Cream and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • 80 g Parmesan (freshly grated)
  • 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml poultry broth
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • chili flakes
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté it in hot butter, then deglaze with the broth. Add the cream and let it reduce slightly.

    Stir in half of the Parmesan and toss the nearly dry pasta into the sauce. Season with chili flakes and sea salt to taste. Serve in a preheated bowl, topped with the remaining Parmesan and parsley.
