Ingredients
- 400 g tagliatelle
- Salz
- 20 g butter
- 350 g ricotta
- 60 g freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp truffle oil
- Pfeffer (from the mill)
- 20 g fresh black truffle

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, let it dry well and place it in a pan with melted butter.

Add the ricotta, Parmesan, and truffle oil; stir well and season with salt and pepper. Plate the pasta on warmed dishes and garnish with freshly shaved truffle.
