Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 400 g canned tuna (natural)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 400 g Green Beans
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the tuna well and flake it apart. Heat the tomatoes, shock them to cool, peel, quarter, seed and dice. Wash and trim the beans, then cut into pieces. Wash and trim the spring onions, slice diagonally into rings. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté the garlic with the beans in hot oil briefly, then deglaze with white wine. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes. Add cream, tuna, spring onions and tomatoes, stir and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Drain the spaghetti onto plates and spoon the tuna‑vegetable sauce over it.
