Pasta with Pepper and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
- 400 g fusilli
- Salz
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 2 EL lemon juice
- Pfeffer
- Tabasco
- Schnittlauch
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 EL olive oil
Instructions

Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, drizzle with lemon juice, and mash in a bowl with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, and a few dashes of Tabasco. Wash the chives, pat dry, slice into ribbons, and add to the avocado mixture.

Wash, deseed, and dice the bell peppers. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion, garlic, and pepper cubes for about 3–4 minutes. Add the pasta and warm through. Season with salt and pepper, divide onto four plates, and garnish with the avocado salsa.
