Ingredients

  • 4 T-Bone steaks (ca. 300 g)
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 tbsp colorful peppercorns
  • 3 Tbsp plant oil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Remove the meat from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking.

    Peel the garlic and slice or leave whole as desired. Wash the rosemary, shake dry, and pluck individual buds off the stem.

    Lightly crush the colorful peppercorns in a mortar. Rinse the meat, pat dry, and sear it in two large pans with hot oil for about 1 minute on each side. Add garlic and rosemary. Sauté together while turning for about 10 minutes. Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper.
