Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of basil
  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • Salt
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 30 g grated Parmesan
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash the basil, shake dry and chop. Reserve a few leaves for garnish. Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Meanwhile heat the cream with the broth in a large pan and let it thicken slightly. Add the drained pasta, basil, and parmesan; season with salt and pepper. Toss briefly and serve on plates. Garnish with remaining basil.
