Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sweet-spicy chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 romaine lettuce leaf
- 1 Red Onion
- 50 g black olives (pitted)
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 taco shells
- 60 g freshly grated cheddar
- chili flakes
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds and dice. Mix with chili sauce and lemon juice, season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Wash, pat dry, and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill in hot olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through; let rest.

Warm taco shells briefly in a hot pan if desired. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, olives, sliced grilled chicken, sprinkle cheddar and chili flakes, then serve.
