Swiss Chard Casserole with Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 kg Swiss chard
- Salt
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 chicken breast fillets (about 120 g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- nutmeg
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., Comté)

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.

Wash and clean the chard, pull the leaves off the stems and cut everything into strips. Blanch the stems in salted water for 1-2 minutes, then add the leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Shock in cold water and drain well.

Peel the onion and garlic; slice the onion into strips and the garlic into thin rounds. Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips. Sauté the onion and garlic in hot oil. Add the chicken, brown briefly, then mix with the chard. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and transfer to a baking dish.

Combine the cream, crème fraîche and cheese; season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over the mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
