Swiss chard and carrot vegetable with mint quark: children also enjoy it and benefit from the positive nutrients just like adults.

Ingredients
- 250 g large carrots (2 large carrots)
- 300 g Swiss chard stalks (1 stalk of Swiss chard)
- 4 tbsp classic vegetable broth
- 3 sprigs Mint
- 80 g Low-fat quark (4 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp milk (1.5% fat)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch ground coriander
Instructions

Wash, peel, halve and slice the carrots.

Clean and wash the Swiss chard, then drain in a sieve. Cut the stalks from the leaves at an angle.

Remove the stalks, cut the leaves into narrow strips across the width.

Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a pot. Add Swiss chard and carrots, cover and simmer over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.

Meanwhile rinse mint and shake dry. Pick off the leaves and finely chop them.

Stir quark with mint and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Season the Swiss chard carrot vegetable with salt, pepper and coriander and serve with the quark.
