  • 3 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 ml whipping cream
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 40 g raisins
  • soft butter (for the ramekins)
  • 40 g dark chocolate
  • 40 g white chocolate
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with fan and top heat. Cut off the tops of the milk rolls and crumble the insides into pieces.

  2. 2.

Whisk the eggs with milk, cream, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a bowl. Fold in the raisins.

  3. 3.

Brush four small oven‑proof ramekins with butter. Fill them with the crumbled bread. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and sprinkle each with some chopped chocolate.
