Sweet Berry Bake

Ingredients
- butter (for the molds)
- 150 g Strawberries
- 100 g raspberries
- 60 g red currants
- 2 Eggs
- 40 g sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 190 ml milk
- 70 g flour
Instructions

Butter four small soufflé tins (about 8 cm). Preheat the oven to 180°C with upper and lower heat. Wash and clean the berries, chopping the strawberries into small pieces.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Stir in the vanilla sugar, salt, milk, and then fold in the flour using a whisk. Pour the batter into the tins, distribute the berries on top, and gently press them in.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes and check doneness at the end with a wooden stick.
