Semolina Porridge with Prunes

Ingredients
- 500 g prunes
- 110 g semolina
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 l milk
- butter

Wash the prunes, halve them and pit them.

Bring the milk to a boil. Whisk in the semolina. Bring the mixture to a boil again, then simmer over low heat while stirring constantly for 5 minutes until it thickens. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Butter a baking dish and layer the prunes and semolina custard alternately. Bake the semolina porridge with prunes at 200°C (convection 180°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
