Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp oil
- 300 g pineapple (diced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Salt
- chili sauce
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, then cut into strips.

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds, and slice into strips.

Sauté the chicken in hot oil. Add the peppers and pineapple, deglaze with pineapple juice and chicken broth. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes, then season with honey, vinegar, salt, and chili sauce. Serve over rice if desired.
