Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 200 g Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp oil (≈30 g)
  • 400 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 0.333 lemongrass stalk
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • sweet and sour chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

Instructions

    Blanch the broccoli in a pot of boiling salted water for about 4 minutes until firm, then shock in ice water and drain.

    Wash the chicken, pat dry, and cut into strips. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Wash the chili pepper and lemongrass, dry rub, and cut thin rings.

    Sauté the chicken strips in a pan with hot oil. Add the mushrooms, ginger, lemongrass, chili, and broccoli; stir‑fry for 4–5 minutes. Season with chili sauce and soy sauce. Serve the dish in bowls.
