  • 1 apple
  • 2 handfuls of wild herbs and flowers (e.g., lamb's ear, clover, daisies, angelica)
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp grape seed oil
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash, clean, and tear the lettuce into small pieces. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and slice the quarters into thin strips. Pick the herbs and flowers and trim as needed.
