Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 stalks celery
- 200 g cooked beetroot (vacuum-packed)
- 2 stems Parsley
- 300 g matjes fillet
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil

Wash, dry and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wash and slice the celery stalks. Dice the cooked beetroot small. Rinse the parsley, dry and pick off the leaves. Pat the matjes fillet dry and cut into pieces.

Whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper and oil to make the dressing. Toss all prepared salad ingredients with the dressing and serve immediately.
