Ingredients
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 300 g Strawberries
- 300 g smoked sheep cheese
- 1 large cucumber
- 50 g shelled hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Wash, dry and tear the lettuce into bite‑sized pieces. Rinse and halve the strawberries. Slice the smoked sheep cheese thinly, then cut into small cubes. Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly. Toast the hazelnuts in a hot pan without oil until fragrant, remove, cool and roughly chop.

Whisk the vinegar with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to make the vinaigrette.

Arrange the lettuce on plates, top with strawberries, cucumber slices and cheese cubes, drizzle with the vinaigrette, and sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts before serving.
