Ingredients

  • 1 Egg white
  • 100 g fine crystal sugar
  • 2 handfuls sage blossoms (untreated)

Instructions

    Beat the egg white lightly and use a small brush to coat the flower petals with it. Sprinkle with fine sugar or gently roll them in it. Let dry on a baking rack for about 1 day.

    Store tightly sealed in a jar between parchment paper layers.

    Alternatively, bake slowly at 50°C for about 1–2 hours.
