Ingredients
- 400 g quark
- 125 g yogurt
- 2 EL flaxseed oil
- 4 EL maple syrup
- 1 TL lemon juice
- 30 g walnut kernels
- 1 EL sunflower seeds
- 1 EL pine nuts
- 1 EL pumpkin seeds
- 1 EL hemp seeds
- 200 g Blueberries
- 2 EL dried cranberries
Instructions

Whisk the quark with yogurt, flaxseed oil, 2 EL maple syrup and lemon juice. Taste and divide into four bowls.

Mix walnuts, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds and toast them fragrant in a pan. Remove and let cool slightly.

Rinse the berries, pat dry and distribute over the desserts along with cranberries and remaining maple syrup. Sprinkle with the nut mix and serve.
