Ingredients
- 1 oval white loaf
- 1 bunch radishes
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 g sour cream quark
- 2 packs watercress
- 300 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
Instructions

Wash the radishes and slice them thinly. Mix the cream cheese with the quark, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Slice the loaf but do not cut all the way through.

Trim the watercress. Spread the cheese mixture between each slice, then layer with radish slices, smoked salmon, and watercress. Wrap the stuffed bread tightly in foil for transport.
