Apple-Banana mix: Soy drink contains four times the daily folate requirement that the body cannot produce itself. This is especially important for pregnant women.

Ingredients

  • 150 ml soy drink (soy milk) (1.2 % fat)
  • 2 tbsp apple-banana puree
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • liquid sweetener (to taste)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Pour the soy drink with apple-banana puree into a tall glass.

    Rinse the lime hot, dry it and cut in half. Slice one piece from each half. Squeeze out the remaining juice and add to the mixture.
