Ingredients

  • 24 shell pasta
  • Salt
  • 150 g canned tuna in its own juice
  • 1 tsp Capers
  • 20 g sun‑dried tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (oregano and parsley)
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 24 walnut kernels
  • herbs for garnish

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

    Drain the tuna well and combine it with capers, sun‑dried tomatoes, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and crème fraîche in a blender; pulse to a slightly chunky consistency. Fold in herbs and season with salt, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Spoon the mixture into the pasta shells and serve topped with walnut kernels and fresh herbs.
