Ingredients

  • 150 g goat cream cheese
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 350 g mild red peperoncini

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the goat cheese with garlic, lemon juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

    Cut a lid off each peperoncini and remove the seeds and membranes. Fill with the mixture and arrange on small bowls.
