Ingredients
- 4 tortillas (pre-made, refrigerated shelf)
- 1 cooked corn cob
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 3 tomatoes
- 200 g cooked chicken meat
- Lemon juice
- 1 Avocado
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- Tabasco
Instructions

Slice the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, cut into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice.

Wash the tomato, quarter it, remove seeds and dice into small cubes.

Separate corn kernels from the cob and chop finely.

Break the cooked chicken meat into small pieces.

Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from stems and finely chop.

Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little lemon juice.

Warm tortillas for 2–3 minutes under the grill, then fill with the salad mixture, press lightly together, and serve.
