Ingredients
- 80 g pretzel stick (1 pretzel stick)
- 40 g small carrots (0.5 small carrots)
- 1 tbsp peanut kernels
- 30 g smoked turkey breast (1 slice)
- 40 g Low-fat quark (2 tbsp)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Cut the pretzel stick lengthwise in half and hollow out the interior with a fork.

Wash, peel, and roughly chop the carrot. Roughly chop it with the peanuts using a food processor or blender.

Slice the turkey breast into very fine strips. Stir the carrot-peanut mixture into the quark. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Fill the hollowed pretzel stick with the quark mixture and reassemble. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil for take‑out.
