Ingredients

  • 500 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 150 g dill flakes
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 80 g sprouts (alfalfa and mung bean sprouts)
  • 1 tbsp green peppercorns

Instructions

    Mix yogurt with dill flakes well and let it soak for about 30 minutes.

    While that sits, wash and trim the spring onions and slice them into rings. Rinse the sprouts under hot water and shake dry. Coarsely crush the peppercorns in a mortar. Stir the sprouts and pepper into the muesli and serve.
