  • 800 g ground beef
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 4 onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 4 cloves of garlic

Instructions

    Peel the onions and finely chop two of them. Wash the parsley, shake it dry and finely chop it. Knead the parsley together with the onion pieces, salt, pepper, and the ground beef.

    Shape the hedgehog and place it on the lettuce leaves. Cut the remaining onions into long strips and insert them into the meat as spikes; mark cloves of garlic as eyes.
