- 4 radishes
- 1 tsp sesame (5 g)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- pepper to taste
- 20 g watercress (2 handfuls)
- 4 slices spelt bread (50 g each)
- 250 g cream cheese (homemade if desired)
- 1 tsp dried black garlic (or black cumin seeds)

Clean, wash, and thinly slice the radishes. Toss with sesame, olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. Wash and pat dry the watercress.

Spread cream cheese on each bread slice, top with the seasoned radish slices and watercress, then sprinkle with dried black garlic before serving.
