Stuffed Peppers with Feta

Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 350 g ground lamb
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- fresh thyme
- 1 beef tomato
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 150 g feta cheese
- fresh oregano
- 300 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Wash the bell peppers. Slice them lengthwise and remove seeds. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

Combine ground lamb with onion, garlic, egg, and breadcrumbs; knead well. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and thyme. Wash the tomato, finely dice it, and fold into the meat mixture. Stuff the peppers with the meat filling. Place in a baking dish, pour broth over them, and bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C (392°F). After 20 minutes, crumble feta cheese over the peppers and bake until golden brown.

Wash oregano, shake dry, and chop. Mix into yogurt along with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Serve stuffed peppers with the yogurt dip.
