Ingredients

  • 500 g Tortellini (cheese filling)
  • Salz
  • 4 Schnitzel (turkey or pork)
  • 1 Schalotte
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe
  • Butterschmalz
  • 0.5 rote Paprikaschote
  • 0.5 gelbe Paprikaschote
  • 1 TL gelbe Currypaste
  • 0.5 TL Currypulver
  • 200 ml Schlagsahne
  • 50 ml Gemüsebrühe
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
  • Cayennepfeffer
  • 1 orange
  • 2 EL Kresse

Instructions

    Bring salted water to a boil for the Tortellini. Cook the Tortellini according to package instructions in the salted water.

    Meanwhile cut the Schnitzel into strips, peel and finely dice the Schalotte and Knoblauchzehe. Heat the Butterschmalz in a pan, brown the meat, add the Schalotte and Knoblauch and cook briefly together.

    Clean the bell pepper slices and cut them into strips or small pieces, add to the meat with curry paste and powder, and sauté for a short time.

    Then pour in the cream and some vegetable broth, bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.

    Season the sliced meat and adjust the flavor to be slightly spicy.

    Peel the orange, filet it and fold the orange fillets into the mixture.

    Drain the Tortellini and mix them with the meat mixture. Plate the dish and garnish with Kresse.
