Ingredients

  • 500 g Tortellini (pre‑made product from the refrigerated section)
  • Salt
  • 5 sprigs sage
  • 50 g butter
  • pepper freshly ground
  • 50 g provolone cheese

Instructions

    Cook the tortellini in plenty of salted water according to package instructions.

  2. 2.

    Rinse the sage, pluck the leaves off the stems and pat them dry. Heat the butter, briefly fry the sage leaves in it, then season with pepper.

    Drain the tortellini and let it drain. Place it in a baking dish. Pour the sage‑butter over it and grate the provolone cheese on top.

    Bake under a preheated grill for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
