Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 250 g zucchini
  • 200 g arugula
  • 20 g butter
  • 300 g shrimp (pre‑cooked, peeled and cooked)
  • 300 g fresh tortellini (ready product from the refrigerated section)
  • 100 g heavy cream
  • Salt
  • black pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash and trim zucchini, then slice thinly. Wash, trim, rinse, dry, and finely chop arugula.

    Heat butter in a pan and sauté frozen peas, zucchini, and arugula for about 5 minutes; add shrimp and cook covered for another ~7 minutes. Stir in cream and season with salt and pepper.
