Ingredients
- 500 g Tortellini from the fridge (vegetarian)
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 0.5 cucumber
- dill
- 2 tbsp light cream
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 120 ml milk
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
Instructions

Wash dill, shake dry, pluck and finely chop. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Slice salmon into strips.

Wash cucumber, quarter it and dice. Warm crème fraîche, cheese and sour cream in a pot and whisk 50 ml water with flour until smooth, stir in once, bring to boil.

Add salmon, tortellini and cucumber cubes to sauce, mix, warm through and season with salt. Transfer tortellini to preheated plates and sprinkle with dill.
